Reticulated Open Ring
Reticulation is the technique of heating metal, in this case silver, to the point where it just begins to melt slightly. It produces varying degrees of this slightly rough texture, and can make edges curl up or try to retract into themselves. There is a degree of unpredictability in reticulation, meaning each ring will have its own character and be slightly different from the last. The negative space created between the two ends emphasises the qualities of the silver itself - it needs nothing else.
The ring band is 10mm wide. Please keep this in mind when choosing which ring size to order - the wider the band, the more room it will need to fit over the knuckle. The open design does offer some forgiveness, however, it is best to not have to move the metal too much as this can lead to stress fractures.
Available in natural silver or oxidised black.
