Garnet Trapezium Pendant
This mesmerising pendant was originally designed as a vehicle to best exhibit the stunning deep red, faceted garnet, however, I now feel that the framework intended to fulfil that purpose has somehow stolen the show!
The outer surfaces of the trapezium frame are textured in a woven mesh pattern with loops and wavy lines all crossing over each other. This contrasts interestingly with the sharp angles and straight lines of the form itself, and the garnet.
The height of the trapezium measures 34mm whilst the width is 22mm and depth is 5.5mm. The garnet is a 5mm square cut.
As with all of my jewellery, it will come beautifully presented in a gift box which includes a small polishing cloth and an anti-tarnish square, making it the perfect gift for a loved one, or a well-deserved treat to yourself.
